Do you ship overseas?

What payment methods are there?

There are 3 methods of payment: credit card, bank transfer and cash. More detailed information can be found on the “Terms of payment” page.

How can I track my order?

There are 3 types of drug delivery. Full details can be found at the link “Shipping Options”. If you choose the option of sending by express mail EMS, then upon completion of the shipment you will be sent a tracking number which will consist of 13 characters.

If you choose the delivery option by courier, in this case the courier will tell you the date of flight and you will be able to agree on all transfer details of medicines directly with the courier.

If you decide to pick up medicines yourself in Israel, we will send them to you by courier delivery at your location, including VAT refund documents.

I can’t find medicine on your site, what should I do?

The list of medicines indicated on this site may change periodically due to the fact that new brands of medicines appear or old brands of medicines cease to be produced. Sometimes there is a shortage in world production, which leads us to change the drug list. If you encounter a similar problem, write to us in a convenient way and we will obligatorily find a solution for you.

How can I cancel or change my order?

After the customer pays at the pharmacy, we make an order with the drug manufacturer. Drug delivery to the pharmacy takes 24-48 hours. In some cases, the manufacturer is ready to take the medicine back, in some cases it is not, and therefore it is advisable to change / cancel the order within the first 12 hours from the moment of payment. How can I return a product?

How long will it take to receive my package?

We guarantee that the medicine is certified in Israel and was stored in the proper form. Not a single pharmacy in Israel sells “gray” medicines, because quality control works 24/7, 365 days a year.
