– Metastatic colorectal cancer:
– Locally recurrent or metastatic breast cancer:
– Advanced unresectable, metastatic or recurrent non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer:
– Advanced and/or metastatic renal cell carcinoma:
– Epithelial cancer of the ovary, fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer:
Used the same way
– in combination with radiation therapy and temozolomide in patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma;
– in monotherapy or in combination with irinotecan for relapse of glioblastoma or progression of the disease.
– as first-line therapy in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel for advanced epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer;
– in combination with carboplatin and gemcitabine for recurrent, platinum-sensitive epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer in patients who have not previously received therapy with bevacizumab or other VEGF inhibitors;
– in combination with paclitaxel or topotecan or pegylated liposomal doxorubicin for recurrent platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer in patients who have previously received no more than two chemotherapy regimens.
