Dovato is an antiviral [HIV] drug.
The drug Dovato is used in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age weighing at least 40 kg for the treatment of HIV infection (human immunodeficiency virus).
Dovato does not cure HIV infection, but it reduces the amount of virus in the body and keeps it at a low level. The drug also increases the number of CD4+ cells in the blood. CD4+ cells are a type of white blood cell that helps the body fight infection.
Active ingredients: dolutegravir (in the form of dolutegravir sodium) – 50 mg, lamivudine – 300 m
