Flucanol is an antifungal agent. Effective for various types of candidiasis (candidiasis of the mucous membranes, cutaneous candidiasis, genital candidiasis, generalized candidiasis, endemic mycosis, endemic mycoses, mycoses of the skin, systemic fungal infections (meningitis, lung and skin infections, sepsis). In AIDS patients, it is used to prevent cryptococcal infection and recurrent oropharyngeal candidiasis.
