Indications of the Hepatect vaccine (40 ml):
– emergency prevention of hepatitis B (after contact with infected material: blood, plasma, serum; after injury with medical instruments);
– prevention of liver graft infection in a patient who has surface antigens of the hepatitis B virus;
— prevention of hepatitis B in newborns born to mothers who are carriers of the surface antigen of the hepatitis B virus;
– prevention at an increased risk of infection with the hepatitis B virus (before operations, repeated blood transfusion, hemodialysis, etc. – before or simultaneously with vaccination against hepatitis B), incl. in persons with reduced immunity.
