• Skin cancer called melanoma:
“Opdivo” is prescribed in cases where melanoma has spread, or when
it cannot be removed by surgery (common melanoma).
Opdivo is used in combination with Yervoy (Ipilimumab) to treat
patients with widespread or inoperable melanoma (common melanoma).

whose disease progressed during or after platinum-based chemotherapy.

Opdivo is used if the cancer has recurred or has spread after
stem cell transplants of spontaneous origin (otologic) and ingestion
a drug called adcetris (Brentuximab vedotin) after a transplant.
