WOMEN: – treatment of infertility in such clinical cases: anovulation (including polycystic ovary syndrome with the ineffectiveness of clomiphene citrate therapy);
to control ovarian hyperstimulation during the induction of multiple follicle development during assisted reproduction techniques (for example, in vitro fertilization / embryo transfer (IVF / ET), spermatozoa injection into the fallopian tubes (IUI) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI);
MEN: – insufficiency of spermatogenesis due to hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
