Revolade

Description

Revolade is indicated for patients with chronic immune (idiopathic) thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) 1 year of age and older who do not respond to other drugs (eg, corticosteroids, immunoglobulins).
Revolade is indicated in adult patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection for the treatment of thrombocytopenia, where the degree of thrombocytopenia is a major factor preventing initiation or limiting the ability to maintain optimal interferon-based therapy.
Revolade is indicated in adult patients with severe acquired aplastic anemia (SAA) who have either been refractory to prior immunosuppressive therapy or have undergone extensive prior treatment and are not eligible for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
