– Myocardial infarction: in addition to standard therapy, to reduce the risk of cardiovascular mortality and morbidity in patients with stable left ventricular dysfunction.

– Chronic heart failure: in addition to standard therapy, to reduce the risk of cardiovascular mortality and morbidity in patients with chronic heart failure.
