Description

Treatment of metastatic prostate cancer – the use of Zoladex favorably influenced survival, similar to the effect of surgical castration;
Mammary cancer. Treatment of advanced hormone-sensitive breast cancer in premenopausal and perimenopausal women.
Endometriosis. Reduction in the severity of symptoms, including pain, reduction in the size and number of endometrial lesions.
With in vitro fertilization. Desensitization of the pituitary gland in preparation for the superovulation stimulation procedure.
